Our previous unit was very nice and clean but this location is not. The whole area is muddy. No cement in any area. I’ve not been given a code to get in there so I have to call the home office. It’s really not nice at all. I’m sorry I chose that location

REBECCA R | Overall ExperienceCode access gate never worked, gate was always opened. Wouldn't go there at night. As soon as I moved things in, they shut down the staff office on site. There was a gap at the bottom of the storage unit door so many of my new furniture items were molded from weather. Dirt and debre were at each corner of the shed door to the gap. Many items ruined.
KIMBERLY R | Overall ExperienceI had a reservation for a truck but whoever had the truck didn’t return it time so I had to hurry and find a friend with a truck as I had to be moved outa my apartment very inconvenient and couldn’t believe no other trucks were available I will never ent a truck from uhaul again

Ruby ( | Overall ExperienceWorked conveniently for me, I appreciated the extra loft space. The gate was open quite a bit. I found it convenient, albeit unsecure. Nothing ever failed, although if I had to reach office staff, this rating would probably go quite differently. I don't think there is anyone there.

John W | Overall ExperienceThe unit 336 had large crack in the foundation that I was initially told would not cause leaks or water. However, my belongings were damaged from the excess water and moisture build up. This caused all of my stored belonging to be destroyed and had mold buildup on everything. My couch and leather chair were sitting on top of puddle of water that came from the cracks in foundation or other leak, and I was not able to contact office staff to address these ongoing concerns and issues. In addition, my dressers, mattresses, and other furniture that I just replaced from losing my apartment to a fire back in November 2023 were destroyed from the water in the storage unit. I am now faced with replacing everything again and am left with little to no resources.
