I moved out of the storage unit in June and received at least six phone calls from an employee or a manager at U-Haul. Asked me when I was going to make my payment and I told them each time that I had already moved out and they assured me that they would get it closed out and it never happened so now it showing that I moved out July 21 which isn’t even true. I moved out last month and I expressed this to several different people.

Extremely happy about the first month's free the online process was super easy and I'm very happy that I don't have to pay for the truck until I actually use it. Definitely recommend this to others thank you!
