Very nice facility that is clean. Large and many storage units to choose from. The staff is amazing as they are quick to respond, and I cannot say enough good thigs about the GM Bob Stalcup. He is kind and easy to get ahold of if you have any issues or questions. I happened to be moving out maybe a few days after the next month's rent was due, and when I asked if there was maybe a prorate or some fee I could pay instead of paying for the full month, he was more than happy to work with me and gave me a very fair deal which is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this storage facility not only because it is well taken care of, but because of it's amazing staff and customer service which can be hard to find these days.

Asked me when I was going to make my payment and I told them each time that I had already moved out and they assured me that they would get it closed out and it never happened so now it showing that I moved out July 21 which isn’t even true. I moved out last month and I expressed this to several different people.

PETER B | Overall ExperienceThe only downfall about one of my units is that there is a utility pole not right in the middle but kind of off to the side of it inside of it but I am still able to store my items with no problem. Extremely happy about the first month's free the online process was super easy and I'm very happy that I don't have to pay for the truck until I actually use it. Definitely recommend this to others thank you!
