Over the past couple years, I have filled my motor home with propane, rented climate controlled storage space, and recently rented a local truck last week. I always look for Tracy because she is very friendly and knowledgeable management team employee. I call her the energizer bunny because she is always in motion and helping customers and training new employees (especially at the propane station when I'm buying propane). I love your storage security system and she was extremely helpful training me to enter the codes correctly. She is also very efficient and knowledgeable about the rental equipment and how to operate them. I can also tell she loves her job and she takes pride in helping her customers. In my opinion, Tracie is a Rock Star when it comes to U-Haul
