The staff is great. I chose that location because I was under the impression it was secure, not even close. Your insurance provider denied my claim after someone broke into one of my units FROM THE INSIDE CRAWLING OVER THE TOP BECAUSE OF THE HUGE GAP. My units were on the 2nd floor. I moved my stuff to another storage company yesterday.
