Store manager was not friendly at all, you had one staff member young blonde hair guy that was very friendly from the start to the end of my stay there. To many homeless people actually staying on property I actually wanted to come to my storage more often after 5 pm but bc of hanging out at dark hours, made it impossible. So no I won't rent from here again. And the store manager needs to be more friendly and welcoming. However I would tell someone about this place and let them be the judge

Jeff H | Overall ExperienceI signed up for a storage unit online not knowing if I’d need it. I ended up never needing it or even visiting the location. I canceled online and was later called by a woman from the office who informed me I had put a lock on that storage door and couldn’t cancel without removing it. I hadn’t even ever been to the facility, let alone put a lock on the door, and I told her this. I was met with a snotty, irritated attitude as if I was lying to her. The conversation instantly made me never want to use that facility in the future.
Anna O | Overall ExperienceThe facility was not a place that we felt secure. We only stored there out of convenience. Homeless people have access all the time with old oldies and the light above our unit worked 5% of the time. Not a good experience.
