JOEY A | First ImpressionsThis storage facility has a very rude manager. Not only did I use the storage, but I also rented a van and a truck on two different occasions. The van was used to get stuff from my apt to the storage, that; I was served by a different nice human being. I only rented the place for a month. When I came to get my stuff from storage on Monday 3/23rd, I was met by a very rude manager Susan! From the entry, she asked me 3 times what she could do for me! From the door to her desk is a little bit far! I tried to hasten/quicken my steps so as to get to her to tell her the purpose of my visit! About 5 minutes into our inquiry; I asked her if I could sit down, she didn't answer me, but a friend who i was with answered and I sat. I told her I was getting my stuff out of storage and also getting a truck, and we finalized the payments and off we went to get the truck! The truck: * Was very dirty, especially the windscreen and the side mirrors (could not see clearly). * the clutch was so hard to move. After we put things into the truck we met Susan out and asked her to get us something to clean the side mirrors and the windscreen, she moved closer, took a long look at the truck and tried cleaning the side mirrors using her sweater sleeve (yuck). She yelled that she was going to help another client and will be back. My friend also told her about the clutch! She looked at us and shouted that if we are ready to offload and unload again, she would give us a different truck! I told her there was no need for all that, we just wanted to bring that to her attention so that we are not accused of it when we finally return the truck. We went ahead and cleaned the mirrors as that was a real danger driving with zero ability to see clearly! This place as in the storage area does not have a garbage can. The elevators as so tiny, that even with the carts provided, getting in and out is cumbersome. I dont know if Susan handles everyone this way, or it was just us, but that is unacceptable especially in a customer service desk. I would not return to this particular uhaul office. Mind you the first time I went in Susan told me that I had been flagged by uhaul and that I could not get services?! I asked her how?? The address she read to me was very unfamiliar..so after some time, she told me that oh..never mind, it has been removed. I asked her how could I be flagged if I have never even driven a uhaul myself? How was that possible?? How much do I owe uhaul? Coz she kept saying that I owed uhaul some amount of money that I had not paid! I told her there was no way that was going to be me! Asked her to check and tell me the amount that I owed uhail. Asked her if I could see her screen, she said no! This manager never apologized to me in any of these occasions.
Jedida O | Overall ExperienceI was a bit confused by the door key card entry. But fortunately someone else was entering the building at the same time I was and so they gave me full instructions. I know that I had come in a bit earlier than planned and there were several people in line immediately after my arrival, so staff did not give me all of the information needed. However all the clerks were very friendly and very helpful when I had to return to the front desk for more specific information about the location of the van in which I was renting for the day.

The facility is immaculate I could probably eat off of the floors they're so clean. Places organized and it is wonderful to be destroying myself at your facility. I feel they're safe and they're going to be well stored in the client controlled area thank you

To many homeless people actually staying on property I actually wanted to come to my storage more often after 5 pm but bc of hanging out at dark hours, made it impossible. So no I won't rent from here again. And the store manager needs to be more friendly and welcoming. However I would tell someone about this place and let them be the judge
