I've had a storage unit there for 13 years. U-haul buzz, it makes me change the lock which I had to travel 2 hours away just to change the lock and then within 2 months. Erase my rent $20. Moore went from $80 a month to a 100 a month. Ridiculous for someone who's been there for 13 years.

However Madison made a stressful day a lot less bad. Her kindness and her help to try to help me was much appreciated. I will not get another uhual in Alabama though it is always a bad experience and I have to drive far to get a truck from where I actually need.

I wish it was something good I could say about my dealings with th facility but the only thing that was good about this location is that Chris went above and beyond to rectify the issue at hand. When I moved into the unit I was told it would fit 2bed 2bath and it was the size of my closet. The second issue is that there is no gate code (was told it would be sent a week after I moved in July) and never got it. The staff at the facility had the worst customer service and attitude I’ve ever encountered. But Chris definitely was very helpful despite all the other issues
