David B | Overall ExperienceI ended my contract approximately a week after the monthly bill was charged and I was unaware that you do not get a refund for the unused portion of your rent. This is not a good way to get a good review. So if you are about to end your rental, do it as close to your next bill without going past because you will lose the unused portion of the month. Free money for them.
