Karen H. | Overall ExperienceDisappointed that none of the coupons you offered were accepted. I rented a 4x4x4 and the coupon did not have any exceptions on it. When I got there, they said I couldn't use it on that size. Then when I wanted to the larger 10 x 25 for all my stuff to move into, I brought the coupon and the gal said it was only for the 10 x 30. It never said it on there. For me, that was a bait and switch tactic, which is a lack of integrity. So I moved my stuff out and now it's in Spring Hill for even cheaper than you offer by $70 per month. I guess I was suppose to go there. Thanks

Access to my inside unit was easy and secure behind a gate where I entered my code. I needed to enter my code to access the building. Inside the lights would go on as you were detected. I would definitely recommend this facility.
