Controlling my access to belongings is why I found a different storage place 20 mins per day wasn’t enough time for me
CHARLES L | Overall ExperienceNo one knew what they were doing. They had to text the boss to give me a lock that was supposed to be inside of the unit. It also had some sort of rat or rodent killer inside of it. I don’t know if that’s normal or not, but seemed very odd.

The second price increase was the incentive I needed to get it cleaned out and close the account. But it was very useful while I needed it.

Michelle S | Overall ExperienceThe staff was amazing & very helpful!! However I learned a valuable lesson (to never lease an outside unit). My unit and belongings were covered in dead rodents, live spiders, leaves, dirt and other debris. 😢 And sadly there were stink bugs in most of my boxes. The facility needs to do more to secure the outside access units from unwanted bugs and critters from getting into the units. I was very grateful that there was a trash container on site since I had to trash some of my items that were no longer usable.
