I experienced a huge frustration when seeking out a storage facility. I had just sold my house and I was entering another problem with finding an apartment. I went to 4 other storage places before Uhaul because of locations. All 4 didn't even have an actual person working there, everything was online, something I didn't even know was a thing. I went to Uhaul and was immediately relieved that there was an actual person who could answer my questions and address all my concerns. Everything and everyone were extremely helpful and I plan on returning when I move again.

I’m completely disappointed in my experience here. And I’m terrible of bugs. I should be reimbursed for the last month of my storage. I took my self out early due to roaches in your facility. Very sick very rude very hard to deal with.
