When I arrived, there were 5-10 parties waiting ahead of me. The employees were working very hard to take care of everyone. They worked together, doing jobs that were not their own but needed done. They displayed great care and professionalism.

1. Great staff. Patient and helpful. 2. Uhual management systems make for ineffiency and make the staffs job difficult. 3. Because the systems for reservations is inadequate customers can react one of two ways. Patient or impatient toward the staff. 4. Reservation was not available. 5. 3 floor storage facility with an inoperable elevator.

BURT H | First ImpressionsThe lot near the storage entrance doors should be swept more thoroughly; on several occasions, I picked up screws and nails. Also, very hard to reach someone in the office via phone; I left several messages requesting a callback and only received a callback once in 2 1/2years. Urgent matters would have to be resolved in person which was an inconvenience for me because I lived out of town.
