Rounds were not done regularly. If I was late they never took the lock off, I would have to call or go by there. Staff wasn’t always friendly or helpful (including the manager). Need my lock cut off due to lost key. I was told it would be $75. When I called to pay they said they didn’t want to do it and I should call a locksmith. I got tired of poor service for a high price. The location is awful the way it’s set up. Storage and the office have separate entrances. There’s trash debris and a homeless person living in the neighboring lot. I moved to Extra Space Storage. Much cleaner facilities, friendly staff, better prices, and more convenient location. I’ve had several uhaul storages over the years across several states and the customer experience is not valued. This will be my last rental
