I had rats in my storage unit with the rast traps there, to no avail the rats proceeded to devour my storage property U-Haul did nothing but just asking for the rent they said you have no rental protection and then they had to nerve to ask me was going to renew my rental U-Haul you guys suck I'm referring to the Business bureau no stars at all in straight garbage zero Stars

There must be a rat problem at this facility because there were many rat droppings in our boxes and some were even chewed on and had nests in them. Overall the security of our belongings were never in question and we appreciate U-haul for securing our belongings. Thanks.
