Dominc C | Overall ExperienceMaintained a unit with Tri Star for approx 3 years until recently. Never had a single issue the entire time. I always had access to my belongings whenever I needed. If needed, I would get another unit though them.

Cedrienna N | Overall ExperienceWithin a yr my storage rent went from 135 to 210. There was very little lighting outside that made it scary to go there after dark. The people running it moved their office and it's nowhere near the facility. I was not happy with the constant increase every couple of months so I decided to pull my things out and look elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility to anyone that I know based on my experience. My no on staff helpful is there was noone ever there.
