I have been using U-storage for about three years with no problems. My location like to use is on Tennessee Street across from Walmart love that Location. Until used the U-haul on N.Monroe. A cross fro Lake Ella.I was not even a month. I had mild and mod on my clothes , bedroom furniture dresser, end table , tv stand, small table and a large sofa. I have to get Reid of everything because it was that bad. I had to washed all my clothes that was in storage. I had four big loads to wash. I have taken pictures of everything. When you walked in the storage unit you smell the mold. I have be wheezing.this morning. Praying I don’t have an asthma attack. I haven’t had one in a long time. Please help. The manager was like we can’t do anything. We never had that problem. The young man that help me on the 08-25-25 name Malik I’m hoping I’m saying his name right. He had taken pictures of everything and he said he will send pictures to the manager . When I got there next day on 08-26. To move everything the manager said she didn’t check her mail. So that can’t do anything. Also my daughter referred me to all. About 5 years ago ago. Thank you.

I have rented out your storage I was charged when I had empty my storage on 29 March on 1 April I was charged $155.20 the manager Shanice was very rude when I called in About the charges I talk to a reservation customer service operator she was rude. I asked her to transfer me to customer service so we could deal with the situation. She was trying to give me a phone number. I told her I wanted a supervisor she decided to put me back in the queue. The next operator help me get the customer service by transferring me. I talked to the store manager about the charges she said she was gonna call me back because I was overdraft $35 because they did not close out my storage bill. I waited on her to call me The store manager Shanice never received a call so I decided to go to the storage to see what’s the issue I repeatedly told her and customer service that y’all charge me for no reason for a storage and they put me in overdraft. I still don’t have a response back About the overdraft fee. I’m very disappointed in the service at u-Haul North Tallahassee Florida this was a nightmare and could someone please contact me because situation is not resolved phone 813–5 47–0006 I think it’s unfair for me too have to pay overdraft fee. I had to take out a loan to cancel the overdraft off. I don’t think that’s fair when I moved in the timely manner with you U-Haul and I have to suffer the consequences of the negligent services I received please help store managers get a better attitude towards customers and more empathy when they mess up on services provided to the customer please once again I need you to contact me because I am very distraught. Thank you hope to hear from you soon.
