The storage was a lot better than the truck rental. The truck rental was such a hassle and customer service was rude and unprofessional. But I know I’m wasting my time writing this review because U-Haul isn’t going to respond or acknowledge this review
Glennis B | First ImpressionsWe stored there for 12 years. The facility was nice. The only problem we had was when there was water damage to some of our stuff, from the sprinkler system (I think). Jolonda was always very helpful, professional, and polite. She does a GREAT job! A real keeper.
MICHAEL C | Overall ExperienceStaff is consistently pretty discourteous. Also we paid for a month in advance, and unexpectedly vacated the unit 10 days later, so was hoping for some sort of refund after being their customer for almost a decade, but just got a "Nope!" for an answer on that one. 🤷🏻♀️ Even though many customers can be rude and annoying, over the years we made every effort to be nice, but the response was always unfriendly. In future I would choose a different place.

ISAAC R | Online Move InThere was a leak in the roof of our unit. We notified the office and were told to file for insurance. They did say they would look at the problem so we took them the key. There was no follow up at all. Management was useless. We have a friend with a unit there. His unit also had water problems with no resolution. They did move him to another unit but that one also had water problems. We paid for a clean dry space for storage. That is not what we got.
