There was a leak in the roof of our unit. We notified the office and were told to file for insurance. They did say they would look at the problem so we took them the key. There was no follow up at all. Management was useless. We have a friend with a unit there. His unit also had water problems with no resolution. They did move him to another unit but that one also had water problems. We paid for a clean dry space for storage. That is not what we got.

Anna K | Overall ExperienceI have been using U-storage for about three years with no problems. My location like to use is on Tennessee Street across from Walmart love that Location. Until used the U-haul on N.Monroe. A cross fro Lake Ella.I was not even a month. I had mild and mod on my clothes , bedroom furniture dresser, end table , tv stand, small table and a large sofa. I have to get Reid of everything because it was that bad. I had to washed all my clothes that was in storage. I had four big loads to wash. I have taken pictures of everything. When you walked in the storage unit you smell the mold. I have be wheezing.this morning. Praying I don’t have an asthma attack. I haven’t had one in a long time. Please help. The manager was like we can’t do anything. We never had that problem. The young man that help me on the 08-25-25 name Malik I’m hoping I’m saying his name right. He had taken pictures of everything and he said he will send pictures to the manager . When I got there next day on 08-26. To move everything the manager said she didn’t check her mail. So that can’t do anything. Also my daughter referred me to all. About 5 years ago ago. Thank you.
