jiared c. | First ImpressionsThis is best experience I've ever had any U-haul location that I've gone to. The young lady, Shemicka that helped me on Friday was phenomenal and very professional. Saturday we had a storage size issue and the store manager there was very helpful and accommodating. For now on, I'll only go to the Lake Ella location as their customer service is awesome!
