penny c | Overall ExperienceTorrey Walker is a horrible representative of this facility. He said that he was the owner, he’s not. One of the office staff made an error while we were transferring to a different unit. Torrey called me during my work hours (1pm) and said that I had to remove my belongings from the current storage unit and move them to the new unit now. I explained to him that when we setup the transfer the night before with the agent, she said that we had our current unit until we came in and notified the office that we had moved. I asked him to review the cameras from the previous day and he would see that was what was told to us. He was belligerent and I told him that I would contact the police if I needed to. He said that if I didn’t move my belongings out now, he was having someone do it. I had to leave work to address this. When I got there, my lock was removed and someone had gone through my belongings. I rented a truck and canceled both units and moved to another storage facility. Mind you, I was paid in full for both units. This was not an issue of nonpayment. He is a very angry person and as a woman I felt bullied. He would not accept that there was an error made by his staff and make it right. I would never do business with him again.
