Maybe it’s never been an issue for most but sometimes people are receiving sensitive information in the mail and would prefer it being safeguarded better. Otherwise, great storage unit and friendly staff

Staff told me there were carts, but Noone would be available to move the box for me, for what am I paying for then?? Unacceptable....not happy
Jorge D | First ImpressionsEveryone was amazing. My father passed away and I was closing out his storage. Makayla was so kind and courteous. Even the owner reached out to see how he could assist. On the day I was moving his things out, the staff was compassionate and helpful. The facilities were so clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location. You will be treated like a person, which has become something we don’t get a lot of these days. God bless you all at the West Waters location.
