Tom the GM was helpful intially but changed and became condescending and refused to reimburse me after being confronted with bank statements and after and notices confirming my statements from uhaul themselves. Once I let them know about financial issues and contacted both individuals with bank statements and messages from u haul themselves to show how they owe me upwards of $166.90. I also have been provided by uhaul recordings of my phone call requesting my funds back. They refuse to address these forms of proof. I had to empty my unit after threatening messages. Save your time, money, and frustration. It's stressful and difficult enough having to store and move, especially when your injured and have a broken foot.
