The service was great, the price was just too high for a 8x10 over the 2 years it kept going up. I have 10x15 at public storage for the same price my 8x10 was at uhual. So I had no choice but to move out.

yolanda w | First ImpressionsWhen I arrived, my access code didn't work. I had to go to the store and was provided an access card. When I walked back to the glass sliding doors, I was granted access but the doors were broken and would not open. Someone came to fix it while I waited, but it wasn't that long. There was supposed to be a lock in my unit and it wasn't there, so I had to go back to the store to get a lock. I attempted to use the restroom in the storage unit area but it was locked, so I had to go back to the store again to use the restroom. With that said, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the move in process wasn't so smooth.

We climbed under and got it on track so it would open because it was after hours I wasn't sure who to call about it. I unloaded my stuff into the room got the door closed but was unable to lock it.. I have to go in this morning and switch units to one that is not broken... meaning I have to move the stuff again
