I would never recommend U Haul to anyone. We received water in our storage unit and the staff was not concerned or offered any help.

UHauls policy of not refunding partial month used on storage units is a bad policy. Also they assumed I had moved out but I had plans to use the unit again and they moved someone else into my unit.
