Had a storage unit here for over a year. Very clean inside and little to not dust on my stuff after sitting for a year. Able to pull your truck in to a garage to unload, making it a lot better on hot Temecula days. Staff was always helpful when I would lose my key card or if it wasn’t working. Would definitely recommend this location
John G | Overall ExperienceOverall a great experience now that it's over. I contracted and paid up front in Fargo. Then uh called and asked if I would haul a trailer from Lincoln Nebraska to LA for $800 with a little extra time I said sure and did, but the facility was closed when I got there and was advised not to leave the trailer or I wouldn't get paid so I spent the night in a south central Walmart parking lot and delivered it intact Saturday May31.somewhere a long the line the truck drop off got changed to the southernmost Temecula Jefferson avenue site. I called that guy Thursday June 5th who told me he didn't have me scheduled in until the next day Friday the 6th and to go to the one north of him on Jefferson cuz they had the storage. We got there that day Thursday cuz my help was available but the storage wasn't big enough to handle our load and they said to see Eva the manager the next day and she said we had an extra day to get it to Murrieta on Jefferson cuz I had no help that day (Friday)and early Saturday morning we unloaded and returned the truck with nearly a half a tank of gas and without a scratch. Then the guy said I owed you 320$ for taking too long, and I won't be able to rent again until I pay up, So my only complaint is your spoken deals with me only intermittently get passed forward and I contend I in good faith followed YOUR plans every inch of the way and owe you nothing and the Murrieta guy couldn't confirm I had received the $800 you owe ME, I don't know. So except for the last guy in Murrieta my ratings are accurate. He said you'd check the phone stuff to decide who was right about the $320 but your agents VERBALLY face to face contracted with me halfway plus across the nation and my contention is I don't owe you a dime and you may owe me $800.
