SUZANNE B | Overall ExperienceCustomer service experience was not very pleasant. The gentleman who assisted me was not very friendly, did not smile, and seemed very stoic and unhelpful. The other worker also did not appear friendly or welcoming. In addition, both employees seemed to move very slowly, which made the process take longer than expected. Customer service would improve greatly if employees were more approachable, friendly, and helpful toward customers.
