robert c. | First ImpressionsJazmine was Awesome. I had a very tough time with Uhaul with this rental. I rented a 15’ truck and tow dolly combination from Las Vegas NV to Tempe Az. I was told I would receive 1 FREE month of Storage, they gave me a place to do that. Except when I went there, the gentleman that worked there said they have never offer the free month rentals. I was originally supposed to return the truck to Tempe, then it changed to Scottsdale, then it got switched to Phoenix which was 25 miles away ( the truck got 7-8 miles a gallon at $4.25 a gallon). I called the 800 number and they told me to go to this store at 800 N McClintock Dr in TEMPE. That is where I met Jazmine. I was getting upset with Uhaul because of all the running around they were making me do. She was happy to get me the free month of storage ( I had to get renters insurance, $7.95 a month). She told me to call Uhaul again and see if they would switch my return to her store instead of me having to drive 25 minutes. She made my experience a lot better. She did an amazing job. Thank you
