JANETTE J | Overall ExperienceEarlier, when I first made the reservation I had been told by phone we would have a climate-controlled unit, but after a long frustrating day (with other issues) we were only able to get one that was not climate-controlled. We were on a tight schedule, so I had to take what was available. But the staff was very helpful otherwise.
