Everything was great except I noticed what I believe to be mildew on some of my stored items. So far It has come off I believe except for on some pillows. Obviously the humidity control was not up to par in the actual storage units but for the most part my things were stored safe in a place all summer. Pretty happy with my experience.
The staff here are amazing! They go above and beyond to help with any issue or to answer any question. The facilities are well maintained as well as the equipment. This place and the people working here are all top notch!!!

Highly recommend U-Haul Storage!
Had an issue with access cards not working. According to staff their "system" was not allowing us access to the facility on several occasions. Therefore we could only access our storage when the facility was open so that staff could let us into the facility. Not very convenient.
Storage was clean and the workers in the store were very helpful overall a great experience and i would highly recommend to all my family and friends!.
They charge to much money all uhaul is want your money hungry
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were even able to switch my storage unit last minute with no problems!
After moving my mother from OK 1/1/2020, we needed to store her belongings for a couple of weeks. The unit had to be swept out as we waited. Covered in debris and broken glass. Not clean at a all.
I always use U-Haul for all my moving and storage needs. Location on Wabash in Terre Haute IN is the best.

Great facility. Storage, truck & trailer rental/drop-off, moving supplies all available. Staff was helpful & friendly. Would use them again and recommend to anyone needing storage!
Recommend De-Icer or sand in front of rental units. Gutters drained right in front of units and getting to my unit (113) was treacherous. Nothing but a solid sheet of ice! Staff awesome, place clean!
The units were not that clean and it looked like there is mold in one of the 2 units we rented
Uhaul truck broke down twice i had to pay 2 rooms at motel bad experience overall.
all waz fairly well till I found a dead rodent and the hole it ate thru to my locker, im hopin it didn't eat up my stuff and I wont know till I open EVERYTHING up will I? lockerz r 2 expensive alzo
