I've had my things in storage for over 6 years. I had everything on draft. My account # changed a few months ago and didn't realize this was the account my U-Haul payment was drafted from. I did not receive any emails or phone calls my account was delinquent. In the past if it was a few days late, I received a courtesy call from U-Haul. I went to take boxes yesterday to find out all my personal belongings were auctioned off with no warning whatsoever! I was in complete shock. I would appreciate if someone could tell me how I can retrieve items auctioned off without my knowledge. Please see below a number I can be reached. Wendy 336-4103300

Margaret H | Overall ExperienceI rented and paid my bills on time for 6 years I called to let them know that my bank account had been hacked and was told that was my problem they wouldn't let me get in it because it was a month late My grandmother's blankets everything was sold for $25. I'm expected to pay a bill. When I finally did get to speak to someone they were rude like I was a piece of crap for not paying my bill was told it was already auction to find out it wasn't so till 3 months later. It was okay fine and dandy when they took my money and paid it to another account and almost sold it 3 years ago that was all forgiven when my storage inside facility got water in it I forgave but it didn't take y'all no time to sell my stuff. I was told it was because they couldn't reach me even after I called and told them that I couldn't pick up during the day. I think it's disrespectful that somebody can pay for 6 years on something and you sell their private and family stuff I wouldn't recommend a U-Haul and Thomasville to my worst enemy. They are to be forgiven with no compensation but when something comes upside down in my life it's not a big deal just get over it. Also when I did get to call I would get conflicting stories about one day it's sold one day is already up for auction I can't do anything I didn't even get a letter in the mail to tell me this stuff. My father was terminal and passed away during all of this nobody gave crap so my $150 a month for 6 years meant nothing to these people even though it probably paid their salary for 2 years.
