I rented and paid my bills on time for 6 years I called to let them know that my bank account had been hacked and was told that was my problem they wouldn't let me get in it because it was a month late My grandmother's blankets everything was sold for $25. I'm expected to pay a bill. When I finally did get to speak to someone they were rude like I was a piece of crap for not paying my bill was told it was already auction to find out it wasn't so till 3 months later. It was okay fine and dandy when they took my money and paid it to another account and almost sold it 3 years ago that was all forgiven when my storage inside facility got water in it I forgave but it didn't take y'all no time to sell my stuff. I was told it was because they couldn't reach me even after I called and told them that I couldn't pick up during the day. I think it's disrespectful that somebody can pay for 6 years on something and you sell their private and family stuff I wouldn't recommend a U-Haul and Thomasville to my worst enemy. They are to be forgiven with no compensation but when something comes upside down in my life it's not a big deal just get over it. Also when I did get to call I would get conflicting stories about one day it's sold one day is already up for auction I can't do anything I didn't even get a letter in the mail to tell me this stuff. My father was terminal and passed away during all of this nobody gave crap so my $150 a month for 6 years meant nothing to these people even though it probably paid their salary for 2 years.

Nacole H | Overall ExperienceThey have a website but I could not use it as my user name didn’t work it said I had a past acct but not present acct every month I would get a call saying I was past due even though they had me on automatic payment I was never locked out but still! I checked out within my (days to pay late) yet they still charged me for the next months rent even though I had told them the resason was late was my husband had fallen and broken his hip and had emergency surgery and then was transferred to rehab. I don’t know how I could be at 2-3 places at once or move myself as a 70 year old woman!!! I think the facility is fine but the gen when I asked to reserve a truck they said they always had plenty at their facility not to worry but on the day I wanted it low and behold all their trucks according to scott were on hold! So I had to get one from high point! More mileage!!! So when you rent be careful looks good but not all good they also say boxes at lowest prices but Walmart boxes are cheaper and just as sturdy. Walmart doesn’t have small but their medium are not really big I just used book and small boxes as I said I am old and can’t lift heavy stuff. I was not pleased

I purchased new things for my home thinking it was ok to store my belongings in the unit until it was time to move in my new home. Nope i was wrong, i went to remove my things and it was water damage to my brand new mattress, my brand new dinning room table legs and my bed frame. I reached out monday to someone in claims and i have not heard back from anyone. I am highly dissatisfied with what happened to my storage unit and that my belongings got ruined. The leak must of had to been going on for a while because my stuff was so badly damaged and mildewed.
