The staff at the toms River store was totally unprofessional and actually threatened me.. my storage locker was up a set of stairs and I was provided nothing to get anything heavy up the stairs I was told I would have to rent a hand truck that's ridiculous usually a hand truck comes in the back of the moving truck but I could see U-Haul just like every other company is cutting their costs down and trying to maximize profits way to go U-Haul you lost another customer
