Cameras not always working, pin code required but main gate left unlocked on multiple occasions so anyone can enter, most of the outside lighting does not work. Our unit was broken into twice, after the 2nd time, the manager accused us of doing it! They claim that the facility is checked and walked around multiple times a day, we found this not to be true, days claimed as a walk thru there was no one there alll day. We moved out on a Saturday leaving the unit door up and no one contacted us until the following Monday evening to ask if we had moved out, so no way the facility was walked thru yet again. Extremely poor service and security. We would not recommend this facility to our worst enemy!!!!

William " | Overall ExperienceI rented a unit an had my stuff in storage about 3 weeks an when I went back to get some of my stuff they were roaches an I definitely didn't have roaches when I put my stuff in storage I bomb the unit with my stuff in it 3 times an still when removing my stuff the love seat had more roaches crawling out of it so I bomb all my stuff again in the U-Haul before bringing it in to new place an now having to was an clean every all over again so no I will not recommend this storage facility an just so you know we didn't have any food or anything that would attract roaches I have moved like this before an never had roaches issues!!! I have Multiple schloris an having to rewash an cleaning everything ist easy for me obviously someone's unit close to the one I had had roaches an I even asked about pest control an was told y'all had pest control but obviously there is a problem an I hope y'all take care of it an I will be honest with anyone I know an tell them my experience with your storage place.!!!! I just paid a second months storage fee I was going to keep the storage unit for a while so I didn't have to bring everything to new place an had more stuff at my parents I was going to get out of their way but unfortunately due to the roach issue I had to remove my stuff so y'all got payment for a extra 3 weeks for nothing due to roaches so I will make sure I spread the word about the roach issue y'all have have a wonderful day.

He won't remember that we spoke on the phone while my wife and I still lived in Kansas City MO. He offered to go to Costco to pick up something that I would need. I can't remember what it was but it was not just a little item. We had never met but his customer service was AMAZING. I can't remember the young lady's name who worked at the office when we opened our account, but she was very friendly and helpful. Our granddaughter subsequently moved to Harvest and used the rental. We met Farah, Sam's wife, after the receptionist left. Farah was also very service oriented, helpful, and socially graceful. We had been storing our granddaughter's things so we closed out the rental when she moved out of state. Bonnie was working there now when we closed out our account and she continued the tradition of being incredibly friendly and helpful. I recommend Courtesy Mini Storage without reservations for storage or for U-Haul rentals. I do not have a single negative comment to make. Rick

Andrew H | Overall ExperienceThe facility looks secure, in truth it is not. Security cameras don't work, the management is not in a hurry to repair or replace them. The fence is old and covered with vines and weeds with on clear cut zone along the perimeter. People (thief's) are getting into the facility somehow and breaking into / damaging vehicles, lighting is minimal. I would recommend many of the newer storage facility's. The facility has no responsibility to safeguard customers goods, you are on your own.
