Evelyn J | Overall ExperienceThe lady that checked me out of my unit and verified my pick up of a truck was not competent. For the truck she gave me a one way truck but did not designate a drop off location, instead set it up for my pick up location. Luckily the team at my drop off location was able to fix this so I did not have to pay extra. Additionally, when I checked out of the unit she didn’t actually check me out of the unit so a recurring payment hit my account for the next month. After calling Topeka they were able to verify the checkout and they told me that I should be reimbursed (however it is yet to hit my account)

shirley w | Overall ExperienceStaff was rude, quoted me mixed prices, treated me like an imbecile by outright lying about unit availability and overcharged me for month 2. After I COMPLETELY moved out, I was sent a late bill with a late fee! Fortunately, I had taken pictures of the EMPTY unit. I couldn't get out fast enough. I have no intention of using U-Foul, again. I have warned my friends!!!
