shirley w | Overall ExperienceStaff was rude, quoted me mixed prices, treated me like an imbecile by outright lying about unit availability and overcharged me for month 2. After I COMPLETELY moved out, I was sent a late bill with a late fee! Fortunately, I had taken pictures of the EMPTY unit. I couldn't get out fast enough. I have no intention of using U-Foul, again. I have warned my friends!!!

cindy a | First ImpressionsEveryone from pick up to drop off and rented unit was so helpful and kind! i even lost the keys and reached out for a new one and then found the keys and cancelled the replacement (super inconvenient I know) and the lady that helped was also nothing but kind. i am an extremely anxious person with social anxiety and my U Haul experience was very easy and everyone i’ve dealt with made me feel comfortable! 10/10
