GRETCHEN S | Overall ExperienceFirst time we rented we were billed for unreturned items because staff didn’t do their job and check everything in. Jacob was very helpful the next day and fixed everything. Money was returned. When we rented again we were charged 4gal of gas when the gage was over 1:4 of tank when we got it and used about a gallon for the trip and returned it little over 1/4 the gage hardly moved. Called the next day and staff said they would adjust but never did.

I really did not want put my mattresses and nice belongings inside a pole barn or garage type storage so this was perfect. The carts provided, the hours, the staff I’ll definitely be back in the future if I need storage again!
