JEFFRY P | First ImpressionsI feel like they knew I was in hospital recovering from a stroke they stopped reaching out so I lost my stuff I hope whomever brought my storage enjoy the couches with no cushions my clothes a table top bed no rails and a TV stand I feel like you ripped us both off I wanted my stuff and was told months ago it was gone that was not true
Lichelle G | Overall ExperienceI would’ve stayed honestly as this location, however due to financial hardship I became very past due. The staff here were very helpful and understanding. The staff were all friendly and patient with me. Adam continued to stay in communication with me so I was able to remove all my belongings. Thank you to everyone at the downtown U-HAUL.

RAMIRO G | First ImpressionsOur son moved out of the dorm alone- we love out of state. We made the reservation. He checked in online. He moved in and was too the airport. It was really as easy as advertised. It was stress free
CHRISTOPHER D | First ImpressionsRenting the storage unit online was super easy and a pleasant experience. When my son arrived to move in items, there was no lock that was supposed to be included for free and left inside the unit. I called customer service since the office was closed and asked for them to reach out to the location and put a lock in the unit as soon as they opened. When my son arrived the next day, the lock was not there and an alarm went off when he tried to open the unit. He was told he had to pay $10 for a lock, but eventually was given one. He was also told there is a keypad to use to avoid the alarm going off. When he asked about the location of the keypad, he was told to look at a map instead of being shown where it is.
