I was sorry to go . The only reason I left was pricing. I found one large, 22’X 10’ climate controlled space somewhere else for $120. I was paying for two units there and just the 10’X 10’ space at your facility was $45 more per month than the much larger space . Also had to pay another $70 for an additional unit there at your facility. Thanks for the great service while we were there ! Spencer Dean

I had called 2 days before the due date to let UHaul know that it would be late as the banks are needing 5-7 business days to process payment. U Haul stated(a lady would let you know. Then 2 weeks later my brother received 2 letters. I had called UHaul to make sure my bill was payed and it was. Not sure why he needed to get those letters. Thank you
