Great place so far
Todd E | Online Move InI received a typewritten letter stating my bill payment was late. I had called 2 days before the due date to let UHaul know that it would be late as the banks are needing 5-7 business days to process payment. U Haul stated(a lady would let you know. Then 2 weeks later my brother received 2 letters. I had called UHaul to make sure my bill was payed and it was. Not sure why he needed to get those letters. Thank you

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Adam and his team. They are very understanding and compassionate towards our participants. I am very grateful for their collaboration and would highly recommend this Uhaul location!

It was set on autopay and was charged three times in the same week having just paid my monthly bill. I’m still trying to get one of the payments refunded. Totally unprofessional and the manager was ALWAYS busy on a “meeting “ , I will never use this company again…EVER! Thanks for all the overdraft and constantly on the phone or driving to the facility to get things corrected. No empathy for my situation which they created because they don’t know how to close an account.

We also saved about $600 over the course of year when we changed storage facilities from a competitor to UHaul. If we need need a storage unit again we'll definitely use UHaul again.
