The location's prices seemed to just continue to rise over the nearly 10yrs we were there. I guess the idea was to just keep charging us more gambling that we wouldn't remove all our stuff. Over that time we watched them close the onsite office and fail to fix things like the entry door to our unit's block. Also, many instances were vagrants were found in the gated complex were noted, seemingly a product of the onsite office being closed and relocated up the street. We do not feel like we were a "valued Uhaul Customer" but rather a commodity that the Company continued to squeeze for more money despite us paying our fees on time and asking nothing more of the Company. Our fees nearly doubled while we rec'd no additional amenities.

Car was broken into and someone was sleeping in it. Tools and jack was stolen and so was catalytic converter.

So if some one leaves storage unit and someone dosent pay how do u get in storage to clean out? That was the only thing plus I could of been out 2 months ago.
