LISA B | Overall ExperienceI had no intention of using a free month of storage with my truck rental, but my closing date kept changing so I decided to take advantage of the storage unit to help facilitate my move. I signed up online and had trouble accessing my unit because the access code was not working. That was easily fixed by talking to staff who gave me a card and also gave me a free lock for the unit. The unit was the perfect size. Easy to check in and out. Move out process also was easy. Nicholas was great. It was a really good experience and I will recommend U-Haul to anyone needing a storage unit.

Only reason I bring it up, is because of the mentally unstable ones might hurt someone
