The storage unit was free for one month because we rented a truck. The staff were very accommodating and let us get a larger unit because we weren’t sure all our stuff would fit in the unit size they recommended. It was super easy to set up and to end the rental.

Victor H | Overall ExperienceWhen dealing with store customer service there was this gentleman who did not make me feel welcomed and for a reason unknown to me he asked his fellow coworker to take over after I already stated why I was there which was my reservation for the move in. I forgot to ask for their names but the customer service representative there that took over when the first rep asked was kind and did make me feel welcome. I'm thinking it was either because the man was inexperienced or dealt with some incompetence due to lack of training or just refused to conduct business with me or it may have been an act of deflection was somehow embarrassed to serve me as a customer. Duely note that it was not appreciated and I could tell there was a significant shift of demeanor when dealing with the first in store representative to the next. As a Transgender Woman I deal with stuff like this all the time and I will get to the bottom of it and will report the man to corporate once I learn his name because it was not professional on his part.. That and couple other minor issues I already called about yesterday. This concludes my comment for the feedback. Thank you.

ruben p | Overall ExperienceThe rental process was rushed and I wasn’t given proper instructions for accessing my unit. He wrote down the gate code n door code but only said you’ll see a door there. When I arrived to this new facility that I had never been at there was a lobby area with glass door which I thought my code went to. After leaving and returning 3 times, I saw a green roll up door where the second code was meant to go. I wished his instructions were clear. I normally use Anytime storage and I think I’ll keep this one for the free month and relocate to Anytime Storage. I think customer service should be focused and not rushed
