A random car driving around the the storage units inside the gated area yelling and attempting to make the people with storage units intimidated and uncomfortable. Another vehicle inside the gated area with a man sitting in it staring down everyone coming through the gate and accessing the restroom outside looking very suspicious and out of place. Cars piggybacking my vehicle to get out of the gated area appeared as if they did the same with another vehicle to get in.

Bradrick D | Overall ExperienceThe address that they post isn't for the actual storage site itself. I don't understand why their office is separated from the storage facility. And this parking lot is SO SMALL! A 26' truck towing a car trailer is not recommended since the area is so small. And the storage facility is a couple of blocks away and their keypad is secured to the fence instead of being accessible from your vehicle. So you better be quick on your feet because I had gotten out of the moving truck, entered the code, got back into the truck and then the gate closed on me before I could even get the truck in drive! WTH?They DO NOT make it easy or convenient for the customer.

I will b recommending this store to all my friends and family. I really do appreciate their kindness & willing to work with me. I'm fighting stage 3 cancer and I didn't realize it was into the next month. I barely had anything in storage and the manager allowed me to access what was there at no further charge. A true blessing. He could have made me pay which I don't have the money. Awesome employees
JAMES H | Overall ExperienceEven though they were friendly on the phone, they never told me to visit the truck rental first get code and setup a storage account and go to storage. There are NO agents at storage and when you don't know or was not told about that it becomes a possible fatal mistake BECAUSE try to backup a 36 foot+. Truck out of driveway blindly into a extremely buzy 3 lane roadway is a FN nightmare. There is nobody there to help you at u haul and cops are buzy to assist stopping traffic???????? WHY U HAUL WHY !!!!!!!!
