There were many different sizes storage units to choose from and there was security provided with a gate code to enter and leaving the storage facility. I felt that my personal items was safe and secure with U-Haul storage.
Carlton T | Overall ExperienceI know that nothing will come out of this because not even Alexis, the regional manager ever care to handle my complaint, my storage was broken into and I believe it was a former employee (manager) the gate was broken for several months and not sure if the cameras work, I’ve been asking for the footage and not nothing, also not even a SORRY received from them so no, the answer is I will never suggest renting from this facility ever again
