My only complaint is that the storage unit I rented is very difficult to open with the locking slide rusty and the rolling door either needs to be lubed or adjusted.

It was difficult at times to reach the office especially when I had a safety concern but the chat option on the website helped me which then communicated to the main office. Another vehicle inside the gated area with a man sitting in it staring down everyone coming through the gate and accessing the restroom outside looking very suspicious and out of place. Cars piggybacking my vehicle to get out of the gated area appeared as if they did the same with another vehicle to get in.
