How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy experience with Uhaul was so great! We moved from PA to MS and had one less thing to stress over with Uhaul being so easy to work with.
Rebecca C | First ImpressionsWe went in person twice to close our account once we no longer needed and the lady told my husband he was good and she closed the account which was not accurate nor was it closed and we continued to be charged. When charged again after being told account was closed I had to use the app to close the account. Finally some movement. But then when my husband tried to call to get a refund for the time we did not use he couldn’t get anyone on the phone until finally late afternoon. We are told our account is closed now and should be receiving a refund up to original date closer of May 23, 2026… today is June 18th, 2026. So we shall see if we actually get our money back from the prorate and month charge even though it has not been used and they were informed on the day of….

tynesha B | Overall ExperienceBooked a usual truck and it took staff over a hour to find keys for the truck. Storage units are over priced and very small. I booked a first floor and had to go up stairs and the area where storage unit is was very inconvenient. A bar is in front of unit that made it impossible to fit certain pieces in. I would never use u haul again. Penske was great in the past.
