Continue to have problems with your Uhaul facilities. I have utilized Uhaul, transportation and storage facilities many times over the last six or seven years as I have relocated several times. To my dismay, your system allows your sites to charge a customer even though they haven’t utilized any of your services. Why because so many of your facilities keep a debit card on file active. I don’t believe they ever asked me permission and I find charges after charges for monthly storage and rental service have not utilized. My bank Wells Fargo has pursued refunds on my behalf and I discovered this week that the Uhaul Victorville has charged me for October and November storage even though I vacated that storage facility on October 2. Because my bank took action, my card is no longer on file in Victorville and the young man there tells me that there is a procedure, but he’s waiting for assistance from someone so that I can get a refund of just over $300. Please I hope this is the last time.
