If the prices were lower. I would have kept my things there even after moving into my new home. Also, there wasn't enough large storage containers so paying for 2 was not ideal with your prices either.
Essie m | Overall ExperienceEverything was great except for after hours access. Was asked to be ready to leave far earlier than was expected and was told the keypad was not working for early morning or evening access. This was the main reason I chose this storage unit, flexibility. I had to come back the next morning to finish my storage loading which further delayed my day. If I was not in a rush, I would’ve chosen a new forage facility just based on the lack of after hours access and the fact that it appears half of the security system is offline as shown up at the front desk. The displays are not working and the system to monitor units is clearly not set up. Honestly, after viewing this places security and that the access is broken really makes me want to drive right back over and switch into somewhere more reliable. shame.

Love the size and affordability of the truck. not so much the amount of fuel it consumes. Great semi rural location with a huge corner lot. Stephen J | First ImpressionsWe were evicted from our unit because of a construction project. We were given two days notice to get out. We have been loyal customers for 4 years and have paid on time. The owners of the property do not care about their customers- they only care about getting rich off the shortage of storage units in Visalia. During our eviction, the assistant manager was condescending but the manager was decent.
