DENNIS G | Overall ExperienceI have a double hernia which made it almost impossible to load and unload the truck, I made back to location with 10 minutes to go but needed a little extra time to unload the truck and with heavy mattress and other heavy things plus my unfamiliar with the area and finding my unit It was so frustrating for me , I haven't ck but I don't think they charge me late fee (hope not ) the customer service lady was very kind and understanding...I just think that's what good business is about...just which I was healthy ,thee carts really saved the day cause I was so limited on funds I couldn't pay someone to help me ..thank you
