Door comes off track when you close it. Concrete had a white powdery chalkiness to it. Yard guy seemed abrasive towards my son as he was entering complex. Made him feel like he was not allowed.

My belongings were damaged. I didn`t have insurance but the units should be able to withstand weather such as rain etc. I lost a brand new tv and had mold on furniture which I had to throw away.

It appeared that the office was understaffed. The people that were working, running everywhere trying to accommodate the customers. It was still 30-45 min wait each time I was in there.

The staff was rude and difficult. They did not pick up the boxes for 6 day`s and the person delivering the UBox to our new home chipped the concrete. We have had to file a claim.
