Even though I used anti rodent material in the unit I still had quite alot of mouse activity. Other than that I was totally satisfied, thank you

We were locked in the facility once and had to call customer service and wait over an hour for someone to come and let us out. The team was rude at times when they would call about payment and other things.

clayton t | First ImpressionsEverything I had in my unit was covered in mouse urine and feces. I have to throw out my microsuede overstuffed chairs (x3) and ottoman. Had to also throw away a lot of important papers that had been shredded by mice for nesting. I still have not received a phone call from anyone at uhaul regarding this matter. I had insurance on the things in my unit and would like to speak to someone about this.

It worked for me both times I rented a storage unit from May 30 to June 29, @Noon. I vacated the unit a half day early. My free month of storage was particularly easy and manageable. I'm so happy with my UHAUL experience. Great Team effort.
