Entire rental was a nightmare from very beginning.. Gave away our reservation and then charged incorrectly..staff answering phone completely incompetent. Had to call back numerous times to finally get a manager..nightmare

The U-Haul store closed before I was done unloading the truck the truck. So I was unable to do a complete return inspection of the truck and go over all charges that was applied to the final bill for rental of the truck, so I am not sure about all the charges of the rental truck. The associat that helped with the rental of the storage unit was very helpful and covered all my question at the time of storage rental.

Overall, renting a storage unit with UHaul was fast and convenient, so easy to complete which made my move-in flawless.
