How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery great experience from all of the employees, there was one that was unhelpful, and he seemed to not want to be helpful but everyone else was very helpful and polite.. A few people was unknowledgeable about their job but the other coworkers help them out.

GEORGIA L | Overall ExperienceUnit was sold without following protocol leading to auction. After auction unit was not moved out leading us to believe settlement was still an option. When we arrived to clear out unit it was already empty and no one knew why. Movers were already contracted and on the property and had to be paid. All the while we were in contact with location and the storage clerks and we had been assured everything still secured at the storage location only to find out this was not the case
