How U-Haul Reviews WorkAngel is the best! She knows the answers to your questions and does not pressure customers. You understand what you're signing up for because she does such a good job explaining things. She can process my check payment, and she patiently explains and demonstrates to other employees how to take a check payment. I have recommended u-haul moving and storage of Cayce to others. She made it easy after I emptied my smaller unit and just had the 10' X 10' unit, for a new bill price to be in place. You need to keep her! Angel can do it all.

GEORGIA L | Overall ExperienceUnit was sold without following protocol leading to auction. After auction unit was not moved out leading us to believe settlement was still an option. When we arrived to clear out unit it was already empty and no one knew why. Movers were already contracted and on the property and had to be paid. All the while we were in contact with location and the storage clerks and we had been assured everything still secured at the storage location only to find out this was not the case
