Kept receiving texts and emails to check in however we were unable to do so until the day of. Unclear from speaking to person at location how to add additional person. Had to call a main number. Union arrival there was a homeless man blocking the entire hallway with all his belongings. The hallway and our floor smelled awful. This overall experience was horrible. Had previously used the summer before and had no issues.

I left because of regular price hikes , super high late fees constantly changing staff, difficulty in contacting (phone) staff on location, Inadequate unit lighting availability no incentives for long term renters and an elaborate looking online app that doesn’t recognize my (same or newly added) username, password or phone number on a regular basis.
BEVERLY S | Overall ExperienceDid not know that you couldn't drop off the truck there as well. Also even though my email said a free lock when reserving and move in the manager said that there will be a charge for the the lock on first payment. That part very confusing.
