No bs. The staff in this location are great. Mrs. V. THE QUEEN ..... and her team mates di a great job. I having bed head was too sleepy to realize I didn't lock my storage unit correctly.... some how they saw that.... and secured and informed me. Nothing was stolen. Very cool.
WILLIAM S | Overall ExperienceI believe her name was Amy, but it was the lady who originally set me up with a unit. She was so nice friendly and helpful. And even went above and beyond so that I could return the truck I had at that facility. Very good customer service!
HARRY B | Overall ExperienceWorst experience I ever had, not only is this place rat infested and rats/mice are through my belongings. They have zero compassion for peoples situation and just want money but don’t do any work. I was told multiple things and still got no help. The manager is ignorant and lacks no compassion for people as well as swears and yells at his staff no wonder they don’t care about their jobs with poor management I wouldn’t either. I have spent THOUSANDS with uhaul over the years and I will NEVER use them again because of my experience.

HARRY B | First ImpressionsThere is one individual who probably doesn't need to work with the public. Not trying to be mean, but the customer service skills just aren't there. I do not know his name off-hand. Had a lock that was "somehow" not working with the only key I had for it. Had to pay $50 to get the lock off. When I first had my items moved there, it was the only key I ever had for it.
VENUS C | Overall ExperienceStaff was very rude and told me that the only way I get notified of my payments was if I enrolled in auto pay or I have to pay late fees everytime I will not recommend this storage facility to anyone nor will I ever use this company again just all around poor service and not very helpful with anything

GLORIA T | Overall ExperienceEntire rental was a nightmare from very beginning.. Gave away our reservation and then charged incorrectly..staff answering phone completely incompetent. Had to call back numerous times to finally get a manager..nightmare
