I having bed head was too sleepy to realize I didn't lock my storage unit correctly.... some how they saw that.... and secured and informed me. Nothing was stolen. Very cool.

HARRY B | Overall ExperienceWorst experience I ever had, not only is this place rat infested and rats/mice are through my belongings. They have zero compassion for peoples situation and just want money but don’t do any work. I was told multiple things and still got no help. The manager is ignorant and lacks no compassion for people as well as swears and yells at his staff no wonder they don’t care about their jobs with poor management I wouldn’t either. I have spent THOUSANDS with uhaul over the years and I will NEVER use them again because of my experience.

HARRY B | First ImpressionsThere is one individual who probably doesn't need to work with the public. Not trying to be mean, but the customer service skills just aren't there. I do not know his name off-hand. Had a lock that was "somehow" not working with the only key I had for it. Had to pay $50 to get the lock off. When I first had my items moved there, it was the only key I ever had for it.
