Joshua s | First Impressions-The only thing is you should have garbage/recycling around where people are unloading trucks for storage or some way to wash things. There is no water, garbage, recycling, nothing and you have to go looking for that or asking. I guess it is to keep the area super tidy which it is but it made things harder. -The carts to wheel things to the indoor storage were a LIFESAVER. I thought we were going to have to carry it all in. - It is unreasonable for U-haul to simply KEEP the difference in gas money I had in the truck way over the half tank I started with - I paid probably around 2500 to U-haul by the time I was done and you just keep my gas money?! Yet if it was UNDER you would have charged me a fortune. I'm quite angry about that TBH.

Never seen a cleaner storage facility. - Spotless and beautiful bathrooms conveniently located in the facility. - Water fountains with clean drinking water conveniently located in the facility. - The front office is efficient, and offers a large range of moving accessories. - The security setup INSIDE the facility is second to none. Cons: - The actual layout inside the facility is ridiculous. Half of the stacked units can be reached by portable stairway, but the other half requires the items to be carried upstairs and down long hallways without any carts or trollies. - The facility is "open" until 10pm, however, the office is closed at 6pm, so once the office closes for the night, so do the bay doors to the loading room, which requires anyone going into the facility through the "man door" to leave their vehicle unattended in an unsecured lot in an unpredictable neighborhood. Personally, that alone was enough to make me move out of the facility entirely. - Nowhere to park, which is odd because the lot is huge, but there's never anywhere to park unless they're closed.

KEVIN S | Overall ExperienceDisappointed and feel that I was scammed when renting a truck to move with the free month Storage Unit offer.I originally stopped by in person and was told that the free month storage unit is only available after the truck rental is complete. 5 Days later I called and and was told that was incorrect and yes I could get a unit prior to my truck rental in 2-3 weeks. I asked about an outside unit and was told yes, however It was first come first serve. I arranged to drive to West Kelowna on Friday to secure a unit and was then informed that the outside unit was not part of the promo, I stated that no one told me this. The attendant went and asked her manager and her manager said that she told me that it was not available for the promo, numerous times (I believe all phone calls are recorded, I would like someone to listen to the conversation). I had no choice to pay the rental for the storage as I had just driven over an hour with a full load to put in storage. I tried to resolve with the facility, however they would not take any accountability with integrity for their actions.
