I thought the staff were very knowledgeable and personable. They provided us with some good ideas. They assisted us through the storage and truck rental process very smoothly.
Marcelle S | First ImpressionsOther then storage fee's being high, and only being able to access threw one door after 7pm and it being the farthest point away from our unit. We found our stay good. Employees were very nice. And it also being quite the process and when we cleaned out unit and called about being moved out they said they would call me back which NEVER happened, and then I couldn't get threw to talk to anyone. I had to get someone computer savvy to help move out online.

Richard F | First ImpressionsThat was my first time using U-Haul storage and I am so impressed. It was so useful. The woman who worked in the office was so knowledgable and helpful. It was very easy to move from a larger storage unit to a smaller one when we needed to, and very easy to move out. I am sure in the future I will want to use a storage unit at U-Haul again thank you very much.

Ma A | Overall ExperienceHow many people, how many times do you have to explain to someone that the locker is not mine. It's not wanted and the contents do not belong to me. I don't understand after 3 months why you guys do what you do. I got the locker for a friend. The friend is a complete idiot and made no attempt to pay the storage locker. Staff was informed of this yet no action was taken, they just kept sending me e- mails telling me I was behind in the rent....
BRUCE T | Overall ExperienceIt doesn’t make sence that you rent a 26’ U-Haul but don’t have a storage unit large enough to accommodate the sq” you charge people for a service that they are not using eg: I was charged on the 5th and was completely moved out 5 days later meaning that I’ve paid for a service I no longer require and am being told I won’t be credited for the days that you can then rent out that unit again plus at your west Kelowna location they false advertise with the first months storage is free when in fact that is a lie and is false advertising because until I had moved all my belonging into the unit that I had rented out I was not informed that all units have first months storage free. EXCEPT the outside storage containers and at that point I was so exhausted from moving out and unloading that it was too late and had I known that your false advertising lies I would have definitely gone to a different vender that is equally as secure and has better prices. I will definitely be sharing my terrible experience with others and will be using other companies for my future needs
