Signing out was not a good experience. Keys were handed in when we had cleared out the locker but it was not recorded we handed them in. Also my partner did not know he was supposed to remove the lock and was not told to when handing in keys. They took the keys. I went back in to confirm termination and they had no idea where keys went and said they would have to cut the lock. He said when keys were handed in girl at desk was very distracted and dealing with telephone customer at same time.

CHANTELLE G | Overall ExperienceOne time staff called us cause someone/something tripped our alarm at 10am. But called me at 4pm and they didnt check our unit.
Kae O | Overall ExperienceAlarm system is almost constantly sounding and nobody cares to fix it. Lights on motion sensors turn off when working inside locker- dangerous. Mice infestation in building- rodent chew holes in my items. Supposed to have access until 10Pm through man door but security system says “area closed please see site manager for help” right after 7PM close. 1 overhead door almost always out of service. We were originally told we’d have 24 hour access to our belonging and that there would be on site security- not true. Alarm system automatically signs you out after 15-20 minutes when working inside locker then alarms are blaring again until you sign back in. Very disappointing experience for the price we paid each month/ year.
