Jackie T | Overall ExperienceComputer was down they could not give my rental unit i lost four hour moving time. Which with really impacted my schedule. Friends booked to help still had to feed them pizza. Next day was was no problems got the storage 10x 15 and trailer but on first day a drive up unit was available they were supposed to reserve for me. Next day no outside drive up had to settle for inside an additional ten minute load onto carts haul 200 ft of haulway ronreach unit added quite a bit of extra footwork and time to the process. I mentioned i would appreciate an extra free month rental of storage space for the time and effort of having to return missing a half day of moving time to my already short schedule. We will see if that happens at the end of the month. Other then that was unit was clean people friendly the next day all went well

SAMUEL P | Overall ExperienceI had rented a 10x10 unit, then decided to get a 10x20 unit. The free month went by and I have been charged for both the 10x10 and 10x20 unit. I have talked with someone twice at the head office and they said they will credit back my card and just about one week later now I still have not seen a credit come through for the original unit. This is a pretty poor business practice.
