I had rented a 10x10 unit, then decided to get a 10x20 unit. The free month went by and I have been charged for both the 10x10 and 10x20 unit. I have talked with someone twice at the head office and they said they will credit back my card and just about one week later now I still have not seen a credit come through for the original unit. This is a pretty poor business practice.
