Very happy with our experience overall. Only negative comment is that I was not happy that our monthly fee increasing between 20-25% in less than 3 years…my wages definitely did not increase at this rate.

Marcelle S | First ImpressionsOther then storage fee's being high, and only being able to access threw one door after 7pm and it being the farthest point away from our unit. We found our stay good. Employees were very nice. And it also being quite the process and when we cleaned out unit and called about being moved out they said they would call me back which NEVER happened, and then I couldn't get threw to talk to anyone. I had to get someone computer savvy to help move out online.

It was very easy to move from a larger storage unit to a smaller one when we needed to, and very easy to move out. I am sure in the future I will want to use a storage unit at U-Haul again thank you very much.
