My only concern is that I call las Thursday to report about the end of my unit!! According to this message it said that it was 1/28/2026! It’s NOT ACCURATE! Please, can we adjust the ending time?? RONALD N | First ImpressionsMale employee very unfriendly every time I had an encounter with him he was always very rude and unfriendly after encounter with him on this weekend finally had enough of his rudeness and decided to vacate unit and take my business elsewhere. Facility is also infested with mice informed staff about situation and they don't seem to care Made another comment to male employee upon checkout and his comment once again was he knows and has been told numerous times.people are paying a lot of money for storage there just to have belongings damaged by mice. The man working there either needs some serious customer service training or needs a job where he doesn't deal with customers. Have spoken to other people who are either clients at that location or previous clients from that location and not one person I have spoken to has a positive comment about said employee

Jim M | First ImpressionsMy only issue was that I was not able to check my account on my own because their app did not work. It would log me in but would never show that I had an active rental even though money was being taken out of my account each month. Despite talking to management, customer service, and filling out paperwork multiple times, I never had access to my own account so I couldn't change anything, nor could I see my own payment info, but they could. Otherwise, this place was great!

margaret G | First ImpressionsAccessibility was important. Ability to move our entire household both in and out efficiently helped us so much. The only negative comment is the size we chose. Next time we will definitely go bigger. Thought the listings for size were too conservative.
