The price for a storage unit was over $100 a month compared to other facilities. It was not climate controlled and my new tv, freezer and Keurig broke.

I realize that if I need a storage unit I have too much stuff. With downsizing and de cluttering I know longer need to pay for a space to store things I can’t have at home.

Miguel O | Overall ExperienceBad truck had quarter tank to start 500 mile trip transport trailer problems called emergency services. They told me it would cost $389 to fix problem at 4 o’clock in the morning and pouring rain. Had to go to three separate storage units at three different U-Haul‘s to store. My belongings was even told that the restrooms weren’t for public service. I feel I deserve some kind of refund for the service and treatment that was given to me.
