One of the best Uhaul experiences I ever had. Staff was always friendly and extremely helpful. Only complaint is when I rented a truck online and ordered a dolly when I picked up the truck it wasn't in the truck, I called and asked for the $7.00 to ne refunded i was told he was unable to do.

I had stopped there three times waited about a half an hour in line each time still wasn’t waited on this store is extremely understaffed and the computer system must’ve been down like two of the times I was there then I went on a Sunday one person working Waited 45 minutes to get a truck. Absolutely ridiculous. I probably wasted an hour and a half of my truck rental time that day.. great facility great employees but your system processes are horrible
