ANIEKA D | ReservationHORRIBLE , uhaul took our money and placed our reservation just to find out that the storage place didnt have units available. AFTER we had already paid.
Jaedy C | ReservationCleanliness: An old piano was in the storage unit. Security: asked owner if I needed to bring my own locks and he said he'd supply. Double checked next day, no locks. Office access: owner only there when needed to collect payment. Was never at the office again. Helpfulness: no, owner denied me contract for work reimbursement. Bribed me to pay him extra for his time. Friendliness: No, lied several times amd ignored texts. Exchanged unprofessional words that I need to get over what I needed help with. Have been trying to resolve contract issue with the regional manager. Still no contract as of today.
