Me, my wife and brother felt very uncomfortable unloading the U-Haul in the evening as there was one person who kept opening the door for multiple different ppl who were not bringing anything into the storage facility and hanging out in the cart return area almost like they were drug dealing out of the facility, Also the big door for the loading dock would not open which made unloading more difficult

I checked in online without much issue. Getting into the building was confusing. I was given a code but the door wouldn't open. Other customers told me I had to "check in" on a different pad and then put the same code into a 2nd pad to open the door. I got to my assigned space and there was a lock on it. Apparently the unit i reserved was full and ready for auction. I had to call several different locations to have someone come out to open the unit for me. They ended up assigning me a different unit. The literature told me I would be given a free lock if I checked in online. The guy that came to let us into our unit told me they would not give me a lock. The facilities are poorly maintained. The floors are uneven and difficult to move the carts over without the cart rattling and stuff falling off. Very disappointed
